If you made hardware test with disconnected inputs (with connected flash it will gives wrong results) it means that your protection buffers are damaged and programmer needs repair. From what I read in Adesto AT45DBxxx series datasheet, the security log can only be written once, so how could I write all the data and also the security log? I don't know if what I'm saying would be the solution.
