Thanks for your help.

Today i used v1.9.0 with your scipt...

After selecting the DIE0 it was easy to read the W25Q16JV (and fast :D )
I managed to change the uBoot environment and write the binary back. ;)

I am reading on wires with POMONA Clip, i read with the same clip and the GQ-4X. I tried all Variants of FLASH 25 Series 25..016. Programmer hardware test is fine and i use the USB cable from the set. It´s plugged in to the motherboard (Dell Precision T3420). I should get a Adapter SOIC-8/DIL-8 200m...

Thanks for your respond,
i tried this in circuit and out of circuit.

So i desoldered the MX25L1606E and still have problems in reading the chip with reveltronics.
The Rev shows this chip most of the time empty or only with a few bits flipped.

Still the GQ-4X is better for this chip...

Hi, I tried to read this SOIC8 in circuit, but this failed, so i cut the VCC Line and was able to read the Flash. After viewing the Binary, I changed some bit and tried to flash again. Flash failed, Software claims to much power consumption… So i removed the MX25 from the board and tried again. Read...
