Same Problem here, think theres a Problem with a sensor draining to much current.
Disconnect Sensor by Sensor and observe it

Yeah, think this would be Way.

But why does it work most the Time and sometimes when i only switch on the Ingnition, it stuck at the Boot Logo

With the 5V DC-DC Converter the UTcomp runs perfect. With the long Display Cable and all Sensors connected.

AFR showing up has the same Value as on the AEM Gauge.
