Re: Support for MT25QL128A

The Micron MT25QL128A is the replacement listed by Micron for the N25Q128A13 The N25Q128A13 does not seem to be available anymore. Is there support for MT25QL128A planned in the next update? What is the difference between using a SOIC Pomona clip on the ISCP connection and using a Pomona clip and adapter on the main ZIF socket?

Re: Suggestions for next updates for REVELPROG-IS

I am sure it is a lot of work.
I am much better with hardware than software :ugeek:
People who do software mods always get my respect and often many questions. :?

The update should be close to the same time I receive the Revelprog IS. That is fantastic! :P :D

Re: Suggestions for next updates for REVELPROG-IS

Yes you are correct. N25Q128A13 is the proper number. I was not fully awake this morning. Thank you for the information on those registers not being used in a BIOS application. I am having an issue flashing a BIOS on one of those chips. My cheap Chinese programmer is part of the problem. However I w...

Re: External power supply specifications

Thank you for the reply.
It was a little unclear to me. I had thought you could plug an external power supply into the Revelprog.

Re: Suggestions for next updates for REVELPROG-IS

I am new to using programmers so I have a bit to learn. I bought a cheap Chinese programmer a few months back and I have been disappointed with it. I just bought a Revelprog IS. I can't wait for it to arrive. I am mainly programming laptop BIOS's (NQ25128A13) Several Chinese programmers show write c...

External power supply specifications

What are the requirements for the external power supply? AC or DC? What size is the connector? I can not find this information or even a photo of the connector. I just read the manual again. It sounds like by external power supply, it actually means powering the circuit the chip is in. Not a power s...

Board suggestion

I see that the posts are different for the Polish and the English boards.
How about translating them to both boards?
I am sure that the questions and answers would be useful to everyone no matter what language they speak.
Even if they are not translated perfectly, it would be a big help.
