Mam już datasheeta, trochę tego jest więc muszę go przestudiować na spokojnie, ale ID powinien czytać, spróbuj na napieciu 3.3V i pullup 1k ohm (takie zalecenie jest w datasheet). Tak wstępnie jak patrze to bez hasła nie odczytasz eepromu (krypto).

It seems that it does not see drivers.
On Windows 8/10 there is the same error during drivers installing and workaround is by installing signed drivers from application with Zadig software (menu help -> Install drivers) but I do not know if it will work with emulator

A jak podłączysz pullup 1.5-4.7k do zasilania? (między 8 a 5 pinem w programatorze) i ustawisz napięcie 5V?
ID powinno czytać, ale czekam na datasheeta od Maxima może coś tam namieszali.
A ID nie da się zmienić, są wypalane laserem na etapie produkcji chipów.

It's hard to say, it is good to make output table (voltage/pressure) - minimum 2 measurements and you will get accurate readings.
You can read voltage @sensor in utcomp app (reading tab), but you will also need to measure pressure at the same time with other sensor.

100% is different for different protocols (SPI, I2C, uWire etc.) but it is constant for all chips in one protocol (e.g. FLASH SPI).
It can not be fine-grainded because it uses fixed values of prescalers in firmware. It also adds some delays in rising edges of signal.
