Re: Afr innovate lc2

Interesting to me is the source of difference.
If you see only constant offset 0.7/0.8 AFR you can decrease "b" with 0.7-0.8 and you will get the same values:

e.g. b = 7.35 - 0.75 = 6.60
b = 6.60 instead of 7.35

Re: Afr innovate lc2

It seems like your device is using different scaling. At 0.15V, it's 9.7 AFR At 3.27V, it's 21.0 AFR are you sure about these values? I'm asking beceause it will give scaling: a = 3.62 b = 9.16 However, recommended scaling from innovate LC2 manual is a = 3.01 and b = 7.35. e.g 2.7 volts for recommen...

Re: Afr innovate lc2

Based on manual for signal from yellow wire it is
0V = 7.35 AFR and 5V = 22.39 AFR.
which gives

current AFR = 3.01 * voltage + 7.35

a = 3.01 b = 7.35

and it has to work correctly connected for Adc1 - Adc4.

Re: Afr innovate lc2

Please share your AFR / Voltage output table and scaling parameters (a/b) you have used.
It can be calibrated with a/b parameters.

Re: DigOutUser - relay control switch based on temperature or vehicle speed

the last option should work fine, I do not have manual for it but it may be required to connect +5V or +12V to DC+ and DigOutUser only to IN input relay with nominal 5 VDC coil (AZ850-5 variant): https://www.azettler.com/pdfs/az850.pdf option with mosfet will also work (as +12V switch controlled wit...

Re: Automatic Mode Production File bug

This functionality is still in beta. Please replace device database list from attachment (you need to unzip it). File location is in AppData Roaming files (type: %appdata%/revelprog-is in windows file explorer) and then below will work:

3-5 amp is current for fan, for relay coil it will be probably 50mA which is 100% fine. You need to use relay with 5V coil.

Re: TLE4905L i problem

Wystarczy żeby był włączony zapłon. Prędkość działa tak samo jako RPM, ale na innym wejściu.
Proponuje sprawdzenie tego modułu u nas. Szczegóły na maila.
