Fuel level from analog is only limited to PB/ON. But you can use not used other analog value and scale is as tank in range of 0-100. If you have such values, then scaling will be slightly different.
for 0,25V = 0,11 bar & 4,75V = 3,06 bar please use:
1. a = 0,66 and b = -0,05 (with minus!) for absolute pressure
or 2. a = 0,66 and b = -1,05 for boost pressure when athmospheric pressure is 1.0 bar

Calibration is based on values you have provided.
You can make offset 0,2 bar (deduct 0,2 from b) but it means that provided parameters or not correct.

Personally I prefere absolute pressure, because it's independent on atmospheric pressure.
