Hello,

Does anyone know how to convert any image to greyscale 16 bit 256*64 as requested by UTCOMP PRO ?

Just convert it to grayscale 256x64 using any graphic software, UTCOMP software will convert it to 16-bit compatible format during importing.

hi,
i have a problem to modify the splash screen.
I have a good format for my user splash screen, but if i want to choose sample splash screen, it don't work too...
Do you have an idea why it don't work??

I think the software don't save the .bmp file to the UTCOMP
I have always this screen (with user or sample splash):

I have found one solution.
I modify Flash memory to change the splash screen.
This method work perfectly.

This is default user bitmap. You can also change it in UTCOMP windows app: settings > preferences -> splash screen, next you should select user graphic 256x64 and load BMP file from external file and next you need to remember to check checkbox to save new bitmap with settings (otherwise it will not upload with saving settings)

Yes i know, i do it but it don't work.
I only can change it if i modify the default user bitmap... I don't understand :roll:
