Android App dont connect after start

Got a little Problem with my Utcomp Android ...the App wont connect with the Headunit after startup. I have to turn off the HU and Turn it again to connect. Also the App seems not to save settings all the time. Any Idea how to solve that?

I had the same issue with some units of china multimedia stations (USB communication in multimedia station not responds). For one helped firmware update. For second issue was with power supply (+12V line in multimedia station unit should be powered all the time, in this case unit was powered only when you switch ignition on which is wrong). For third unfortunately no solution (probably faulty unit).
First please check if UTCOMP connects via USB with Windows PC. If yes, then everything is fine with UTCOMP. If not, you can check if there is any difference when you switch ignition off and ignition on (it restarts USB communication on UTCOMP side).
