Checkboxes ND and BP

What are ND and BP switches in interface for SFP modules?
I was looking for them in the manual, but I didn't find any mention.

ND = No Delay option
BP = Byte Programm
ND - some transceivers may go to sleep mode during programming if delay will be to long, but most transceivers will not work with ND option
BP - some transceivers requires byte by byte program - but most transceivers requires 4 or 8 bytes programming per single operation
