ICSP connector

Postby deere245 » Sat Jan 14, 2017 3:18 pm

What is the difference between using a SOIC Pomona clip on the ISCP connection and using a Pomona clip and adapter on the main ZIF socket?

In REVELPROG there is no difference. All 3 sockets (ZIF, SOIC, ICSP) are after protection buffers and all are connected only during operation (all sockets are disconnected in idle state). The only difference is that ICSP connector has shortest wires inside the device and it has lowest impedance.
