Type of chip 1649 1505 097

Hello.
Can someone help about this type of Chip?
I need know if the REVELPROG IS support this chip and
i try to find the datasheet.

Designation tells nothing to me (1649 1505 097 right?) but could you measure where are power and ground lines? which pins and what voltage?

Hello.
Yes the designation is correct! 1649 1505 097.
I will try find the VCC and GND and back again.

Ok it will help to identify type of memory.
It may have few ground pins and few power pins (pullups) - try to identify it also.
Waiting for info.
