hp STMicroelectronics broke down when installing USB Driver
firmware update (software inside the device) collapsed
1-usb does not recognize
2- Power led is not lit
What's the solution ?

Device will go into DFU mode and start updating ONLY if driver is correct. You can broke device only if you interrupt updating process (during erasing or writing firmware) and in such case device will be not recognized by USB. Process may be interrupted due to power failure or other interruption (e.g. from other hardware or software, e.g. antivirus - that's why it is important to close all other applications during update and do not do any task in background). But don't worry, we can fix it but you need to send programmer to us (the only possible way to repair it is to open it and programm it with other device - directly on MCU).
