Find X5045PZ EEPROM, can anyone tell me how to read/write?
I don't find it in selected list.

It is not only EEPROM, it is CPU supervisor from Renesas with built in SPI eeprom:

Have you tried to read it as EEPROM -> 25 series -> 25..040?
Please let me know if it works.
