Problem resolved !

I begin with a short story:
When I have trouble with buffers, I order from China. In the mind time one friend send me from hes work 4 pcs (CU245A 79KG4 D7V1). I make one test with 1.8V chip and everything was fine. But with this buffers I have all the problems and this strange behaviors.

Anyway, I change the buffers with what I receive from China (BU245 67KG4 A15)

With this buffers I write the MX25L6473 8-WSON without problems.

It seems that you have repaired programmer with wrong buffers - didn't noticed it in your repair subject (viewtopic.php?f=22&t=401) before . SN74CB3Q3245PW are marked with "BU245" on top. CU245 are different components. Good to know - thank you for sharing it.
