I cant really figure it out so i better ask,

Iam gonna use the Bosch Pressure Sensor Combined PST-F 1, makes life more easy. But what i cant figure out is the Pullup Resistor
The Sensor Manual says: For temperature measurement please use a pull-up resistor with an optimal value of 4.6 kOhm

Can i do that with the UTCOMP? (PIN A20) or do i have to wire in a Resistor?

Your connection is incorrect.

In UTCOMP is 1.0kOhm internal pullup resistor on AdcVccX inputs but it should work. Do you connect this temperature sensor only to UTCOMP or is it already powered in vehicle?

In option 1:
temperature signal - just connect it to AdcVccX (A20 or B8)
power (+5V) - pin A6 or pin A18
ground - vehicle ground or any black wire in utcomp
pressure signal - any AdcX (A8, A9, B2, B3..)

In option 2 -
temperature signal - you need to connect it to AdcX because it' already powered from ECU.
pressure signal - any AdcX (A8, A9, B2, B3..)
