Hi Pityu. Could you send me pictures how did you connected the chip? Directly in SOIC adapter or external adapter? I'll take a look. I guess the issue may be with long wires and length not adjusted.

Checklist:
- try to use direct adapter (without any external cables) with good connection, clear pads - I've checked it with MX25U3235F in QFN 5x6 adapter and it's working everytime.
- you can try to decrease SPI speed to 10% (in settings -> hardware -> flash SCK speed) - any difference?
- you can try to increase voltage to 2.0 volts - any differce?

Hi!
Yes, it's possible to be from long wires.
The chip is QFN 3*4mm and I solder wires, the same wires I use it before without problems.
So I buy QFN 5*6mm and test it in adapter QFN to DIP8, worked perfectly.
Type (MSB)=25h and Type (LSB)=36h are the same, maybe you add in next update.

Some pictures, artistic ones :D

Nice piece of art :D Definietely to long wires for SPI without any decoupling on external circuit. You can try to make wires the same length as short as possible and decrease SPI speed in settings and add 100nF between VCC and GND and 100nF between CS and GND (both near to the chip), but using adapter is highly recommended in this case.
