Exhaust temp on a V8.

Hi. I need to measure, monitor and visualise exhaust temp on a boat V8.
I plan to use 2 4ch EGT-K. This vill the be connected to a Arduino Nano RP2040.
What are your opinion this?

Sure it will work, you will have 8x 0-5V linear outputs for your Arduino for futher processing.
