revelprog hardware probleme

I have a problem with my programmer buy in October 2018

any idea how can i fix it please thank u

hello
thank you for replay
i change the parts as requested but i have the same probleme whene i put the bios chip to programme i have error ' protection circuit is damaged' whene i do test withouth bios chip all seems to be fine can any one help please thank u in advance

Hi!
From my knowledge the hardware test, you have to do it without flash or other chip connected.
All 4 buffers have to be replaced! The replace buffers have to be marked with BU245 (please check)
For the third picture attached the test results show that you don't have on your PC USB port +5V, you have only +4.82V, that is OK for your programer to work fine.

hello friend for the BU245 i replaced the 4 buffers and whene i have the flash chip connected it shows that 4 buffers need to be replaced but the test withouth flash chip passed correctely

As Pityu mentioned hardware test should be done without any chips connected (it's very important!). When you do hardware test with chip connected then it is doing short circuit and drain high current.
