EGT icon missing

When I choose EGT on this screen it only shows the numbers, no icon. Is that a possible bug or did I possibly do something wrong?

It should work. Which version of UTCOMP do you have? (it will show in app when you connect with USB to PC)
If you have older than v3.8 please update to latest version.
If you have latest version - does restoring default settings anything change? (CTRL + ALT + R and click ok - it should update settings and reupload all graphics to FLASH memory - it will take 1-2 mins)

It says version 3.8, I restored the default settings but that didn't fix it. Is there something else I can try? Thanks

Another bit of info is I have EGT selected on User Screen 4 and it displays normal. I would think if the icon was missing it would also not appear on this screen but it does.

Could you share me your UTCOMP settings file, please? I'll import your settings 1 to 1 and try to find where is the problem located.
You can export these settings from PC application.

I tried to attach the settings file but it won't let me. It says "invalid file extension". Can you tell me how to properly attach the file? Thanks

Just pack it to .zip and upload .zip file (or .rar)

Jason, I got it. On my UTCOMP-PRO, EGT icon is also missing in this area. After short investigation - it's intentional For areas: UL, UR, A and B, EGT is displayed without icon because when you display 4 digits (maximum range is 1250C) there is no enough space for icon next to this big font.
