display shut down ...

hi,
this day i had a problem with my UTCOMP V2.5.8 at one moment, the display look symbols and characters anyhow and after it is shut down and don't light on !
i check the power and is good.
i would like if it's a problem of display or module ?
and if one of 2 is broken, it is possible to buy one it ?

Then i tested and it don't want communicate with PC via USB !
It is dead ? It's possible to repair it ? or it's too expansive to repair by a new ?

Do you see "device not recognized" when you plug in usb?
Have you tried to disconnect from car, wait a few minutes and connect only to PC?

It isn't recognized by device manager.
i no see when i plug it in usb

I think that reason is in module, because it is not recognized via USB.
