I don’t understand what the problem is the inability to erase the chip
25FL512S
reading works
put the chip 25Q64 reading, erasing everything works
the programmer not long ago received an interpretation and started working with it, despite the guarantee, he decided to solder the components, but this did not help, because he needed it very urgently
What do I need to do ?

Hi Niks,

Have you made this HW test with disconnected outputs (and with removed memory?)
Which adapter are you using for S25FL512S? I have this chip in SOIC-16 and it's working fine. Please share photo of connections.

Programmer is fine. It has to work. But why are you using +2,0V voltage? :) This is 3V chip, read maybe will be working at 2.0V, but write requires minimum 2.7V (max 3.6V). Please check it at 2.8V. If it will not work you can try with 3.0V or 3.3V. If it still not work, issue is with pin contact - please clean memory pins with alcohol or IPA and clean socket pins too.

I tried different voltages, including 2 volts, I already changed the adapter, a little later I try to clean the chip and adapter again, since I don’t know what to do anymore
why the error is only when erasing

Erasing and writing probably not working, so please check WP (write protect) - in case of no contact of WP read will work, erase and write - not. Similar case may be with MOSI pin (master OUT, slave IN).

Second issue may be with to low voltage - but HW test is ok and this is not the case.

And third issue may be with to high speed - you can decrease speed (view -> hw -> sck = 50% or 10%) but I just checked this memory and it's working with full speed. Erasing @3.3V took few minutes for this device.

One more idea - on SOIC-16 adapter should be 100nF capacitor between VCC and GND - please check if this is soldered in your adapter - you can see it on the top side of the adapter board through hole in plastic socket.

I checked the capacitor in place, it is visible through the gap, I have two microcircuits and both behave the same
I checked all the contacts many times, I used another computer and I don’t understand what the problem is
