UTCOMP suddenly not recognised USB

Hi Artur,

Yesterday while programming my UTCOMP it suddenly disconnected from USB and will no longer connect not matter what USB cable or PC I use. There is no USB device recognised in device manager. The UTCOMP is still working and displaying data but there is no USB connection.

Will restarting the UTCOMP help at all or would this not affect USB detection?

OK I followed the manual and disconnected the power for 5 minutes.

This fixed the problem, and also showed that the data is kept after power loss. Does the UTCOMP use flash memory or a backup battery to store settings?

Yes it is stored in nonvolatile memory.
Only date & clock are resetted.
