What is PP

Dear support team,

Today when I read a ROM CHIP of seagate PCB which is 25X40B.. then I saw two option, one with the same flash number and second with PP, can you please tell me what PP means and when to select this option.

[PP] means Page-Program - write operation is much faster in this mode. Most FLASH SPI supports this mode.
