I have not such memory for tests but have you tried as FLASH > 25 series -> 25..128[PP] ?
Eventually as FLASH -> 25 series -> Micron -> N25Q128A13 - it should be compatible.

edit: this is old thread - device is already supported with REVELPROG-IS!

Have you tested in SOIC adapter or in external circuit?
Does it erase?
Where did you found this chip? (what hardware?) I'd like to order 1pcs for tests but can not find it in local stores.

It was tested with the external clip, but the art alone.
I just had blanks, so I do not know if it erase.
We ordered the part from ARROW.
