Are you sure that these chips are MT25QL128(AVA1ESE0SIT) and are not faulty?
I'm asking because chip does not respond for any SPI commands.
It does not respond for Register Status, Device ID etc.
On chip is only designation:
6RA15
RW126
CB75
Here is datasheet: https://www.micron.com/~/media/document ... _aba_0.pdf
On page 2 is only part number ordering information but there is any information about designation on the chip.
I'm not sure if it is really MT25QL128 because designation mark is different and chip does not communicate via standard SPI.
Support for MT25QL128A
Re: Support for MT25QL128A
The Micron MT25QL128A is the replacement listed by Micron for the N25Q128A13
The N25Q128A13 does not seem to be available anymore.
Is there support for MT25QL128A planned in the next update?

Re: Support for MT25QL128A
I have received MT25QL128 and MT25QL256 samples from other source (directly from distributor) and they are working fine with REVELPROG-IS.
Now we are waiting for 512Mbit samples and they will be added to v.1.6 too.
