I got error CRC32: 0x9A4109E5

I have problem with my Revelprog IS since update, I got error CRC32: 0x9A4109E5

I have updated to latest version, in software down to the left it says: Programmer is connected (v1.6.1)
You can see in the pic 1.


Then when I try to read or flash a chip then I get CRC32: 0x9A4109E5 and in software down to the left it says: Device not found.
You can see in the pic 2.


I have reinstalled my pc ( windows 10 ) then I have tried in other PC with windows 7 and I have got it same errors.

Drivers are fine, and software looks fine. Programmer can't communicate with your device (communication error). Displayed checksum (crc32) is from empty buffer (all 0xFF). In v.1.6 programmer verify communication status during read (in v1.5 it was possible to read with interrupted communication but read buffer was incorrect). There are many possible issues why it can not communicate - first of all - what exactly device do you want to operate and are you trying to communicate in external circuit or in dedicated adapter?

It's same with both methods It won't work, neither external circuit or with dedicated adapter ( I have SOIC-8 200mil )

Could you make hardware test and share screenshot?
All values should be green (please make sure that sockets are empty).
If any value is not green that it means that protection buffers are faulty and programmer needs repair.
If all values are green please make try to Read ID (tools -> read ID) - does it communicate?

When I try to to Read ID (tools -> read ID) it doesn't communicate, I've got message in Polish.

Your hardware test not passed. It seems that protection circuit has overcurrent and probably one of protection buffers is damaged. It will not work properly and needs repair. I'm sending you details on PM.
