Strange behavior after reassembly

hello everybody,
i needed to get my dashboard out to do some work on my car.
after i reassemble everything the UTCOMP start to act real weird

There are problems with communication between UTCOMP module and display. It is also blinking 1 per sec - it detects communication error and trying to reinitialize display. Check display tape (connections).

The connection between the screen and the cable was loose
