Partial write eeprom

Is it also possible to read the chip and instead of erasing and writing the whole chip, only write certain bytes.

Something like hex patern: AA AA AA AA change it to FF FF FF FF

Yes you can do it with custom script tool (only for chips which does not require full block or full chip erase before writing):
