I'm lookin for a solution to get my values right on my Radio Display.
Radio is an Android 9.1 with otg USB so this should work.
I got a few values to grab.
7times Egt
1time fuel pressure
1time oil pressure
1time oil temp
1time boost
2times air temp intake
2times wather temp
the Best way to get it All? Alternativ 1time egt if it isnt possible to get All.
Or is there any other solution known?
Is Utcomp Pro the right one?

UTCOMP-PRO has 7 analog inputs (4x 0-5V, 2x0-5V with pullup for NTC sensors and 1x 0-30V). Additionaly you can connect 4x DS18B20 temperature sensors. Can't connect all these values you mentioned with single module, but most of it, e.g.
Adc1 fuel press (0.5-4.5V sensor)
Adc2 oil press (0.5 - 4,5V sensor)
AdcVcc1 Oil temp (NTC sensor)
Adc3 boost (MAP sensor)
Adc4 egt (EGT-K output)
AdcVcc2 water temp 1 (NTC sensor)
Adc5 - left unconnected
DS18B20 bank 1 - air temp from DS sensor 1
DS18B20 bank 2 - air temp from DS sensor 2
There is still water temp 2 to connect, it's recommended to use NTC sensor and connect it to AdcVccX but we are out of these inputs so you can alternatively use DS18B20 bank 3 and assembly it on thread, please take a look at this example: viewtopic.php?f=28&t=120

So if i understand it right i'll need UTComp Pro and EGT-K and Sensors to get my information's
