PIC16F873A READ....HELP

Hi everyone i am trying to read a PIC16F873A. It has 28 legs , is it possible to read with revelprog is. Can anyone help.

REVELPROG-IS does not support any microcontrollers, only serial eeprom, flash and fram devices. You will need any programmer for PIC microcontrollers e.g. PicKIT from Microchip.
