Hello,
The oil pressure sensor webpage indicates 5V recommended, shall I buy a regulator or the 12V is ok?

REVELTRONICS pressure sensor (this one https://www.reveltronics.com/en/shop/60 ... -5v-detail) has built in regulator and internal protection so +12V is 100% fine. It's claimed +5V because it's a such standard for oil transducer, but our sensor will work also with +12V so you can go ahead with voltage from car installation.
