Hello,
I'm currently checking if I can tap the EGT sensor output from my car but I want to be sure that the wire tap won't disturb the genuine electrical circuit.
What is the input ADC impedance on UTCOMP PRO please ?
Thank you
ADC impedance

Re: ADC impedance
AdcX inputs are buffered, impedance is >10MOhms, input leakage is few nano amps.
But you should not connect Thermocouple sensor directly to AdcX - it will not work because thermocouple signal is not linear and amplitude is milivolts. You need to have linear amplified signal from thermocouple (0-5V), please check this: https://forum.reveltronics.com/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=71
Please note that if you already have EGT amplifier and you are planning to connect stock EGT sensor to egt amplifier then it may not work - any thermocouple should be connected to single amplifier. Only amplifier output (0-5V signal) can be divided to few instruments.
