Help identify the chip CY153D3
Could you help me identify what flash is it, please?
Designation on top:

CYP2043 It seems to me Cypress Flash SPI (pinout is for FLASH 25 series) but I could not identify it properly.
The device ID is 03h 2Eh C3h 7Fh: I desoldered it from QSFP optical transceiver. Power supply in circuit is +3.3 volts.

Ha, I programmed before this chip. It's not FLASH SPI, it's... FRAM SPI 
It's Cypress/Infineon 8Mbit Serial F-RAM CY15B108QN and it's supported by REVELPROG-IS (FRAM -> 25 series -> Cypress -> CY15B108Q)
