i would like to connect an AEM UEGO AFR Sensor Controller to my UTCOMP Pro.
Does anyone have the correct Settings/Calibration Details for me?

Could you share link to manual or datasheet of your wideband controller, please? I'll help you calculate correct parameters for software

Actually on page 10/13 are all required information:
b = 7.31
a = 2.380-5V Analog Output Scaling Formula
AFR = (2.3750 * Volts) + 7.312
b = 7.31

Just tested your Calibration Settings,
AFR showing up has the same Value as on the AEM Gauge.
